Shipping policy
We ship worldwide. We handle and pack your orders as secure as possible i.e. bubble wrap, custom cut corrugated double wall box to your order, and extra plastic packaging wrapping.
Carriers
We use Pos Indonesia's Pos Ekspor or EMS (Express Mail Service) service for tracked & insured option. They require full recipient detail information; Full Name, Address, Email address, and contact phone number. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Normally it takes 5-10 days for delivery, subject to your country's customs and postal service processing time.
Pos Indonesia's Pos Ekspor uses third party for its international logistic, as of 2025 they use DHL as shipping partner. So DHL may contact you for update or any required action needed from you while the package is in transit.
We also offer shipping using Fedex International Priority (4-5 transit days). If you opt to use it. Any hilt purchase with Fedex option will include battery.
Tax and Duties
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes and fees applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties, excise duties, and handling fees. We have no knowledge of your country's tax & duty schemes and handling practices by your local postal service.
Damages
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order. However, as per Pos Indonesia policy, the maximum insurance claim is only up to USD1,000.
Shipping Restrictions
Pos Indonesia prohibits any lithium-ion content, therefore we cannot include any battery if you choose that shipping option. Li-ion battery will be included with saber purchase that opted to use Fedex service.
Non-Refundable Cost
If you decide to cancel your order after the goods have been shipped, your refund amount will be deducted by the shipping cost (in addition to other non-refundable cost such as payment transaction cost, platform fee, etc.).
