Shipping Policy

For Track & Insured option, we use Pos Indonesia EMS (Express Mail Service) or POS Ekspor service. This service is available to most countries, while some are only available with Fedex (store policy).

If you decide to cancel your order after the goods have been shipped, your refund amount will be deducted by the shipping cost (in addition to other non-refundable cost such as payment transaction cost, platform fee, etc.).
